Rehalto is a service provider dealing with all of the human issues that arise under Life and Non-Life insurance contracts. The company has assigned itself the mission of promoting both individual and organisational health, intervening with regard to the psychological, psychosocial and professional aspects falling under this area.
Founded in 1997, Réhalto has, since its creation, reinforced SCOR Global Life’s capacity to guide its French and Belgian clients in terms of incapacity and disability risks. These services deal with three levels of prevention:
- Direct primary and secondary prevention in companies through organisational health reviews, training sessions, managerial coaching and individual and collective debriefings in crisis situations.
- Tertiary prevention through services provided by insurance bodies, designed to help people to return to work after a long period of being signed off, or to provide psychosocial assistance to employees in terms of their personal, family or professional problems, with a view to preventing absenteeism.
For Non-Life contracts, Rehalto proposes solutions for the prevention of post-traumatic stress disorder in the event of accidents or dramatic events.
